What does foreclosure look like in Palmdale and The Antelope Valley?

On August 7th, 2008 this Realtor gave a description of what the foreclosure crisis looks like during a radio interview on KCRW Radio, 88.9 FM, a public radio station from Santa Monica Ca.

The half hour show called Which Way LA, is broadcast nightly at 7 PM. It is hosted by Warren Olney, considered the dean of Southern California broadcast journalists.

Warren wanted my description of what I see as I drive around the Antelope Valley. I told him about the brown lawns, vandalism, broken windows, and other characteristics of vacant and foreclosed homes. I was one of four guests that evening talking about foreclosure issues.
